Precision Injection and Insert Molding Technology
Based on vertical, forward-reverse/rotary, and horizontal injection molding machines, we implement high-quality precision injection and metal insert molding, from small connectors to large TV and speaker exterior components.

Coil Manufacturing Technology
We perform all processes in-house, including high-precision coil winding using Digital Coil Winder, terminal assembly, and lugs bonding, and have mass production experience with 142 types of Coil Ass’y including MC/MS Series.

Harness Assembly Technology
We produce various harness products with stable quality, including power and signal cables, connector and plug assembly, through automatic terminal crimping, pressing, and twist equipment.

Ultrasonic Welding and Quality Inspection Technology
We enhance the strength and integrity of post-injection housings and cases with a 15kHz / 4200W high-power ultrasonic welder, and perform electrical characteristic testing and durability testing on dedicated QC lines.
