MCCB/ELCB Line Circuit Breaker Assembly

This line assembles key components of power circuit breakers, such as Cores, Covers, Terminals, and Coils, in stages. We ensure stable breaking performance and electrical safety through precision fastening and functional inspection processes, and are equipped with a manufacturing system capable of integrated production up to the complete product assembly.

QC Test Line Quality Testing

This is a dedicated inspection line that comprehensively verifies the electrical characteristics, functionality, and internal/external quality of assembled products. Key items such as voltage, current, insulation, and internal contact status are tested using automatic or semi-automatic systems, and the line operates with the goal of a 100% LOT acceptance rate and zero claims.

QC Test Line Quality

In addition to basic electrical testing, depending on the product application and customer specifications, we perform expanded quality processes, such as additional durability testing, repetitive operation checks, and terminal strength measurement. Through these measures, the long-term stability, external environmental resilience, and installation site safety of the power circuit breaker are all satisfied by the high-quality products we produce.
